Introducing Drosophila as a genetically tractable in vivo model

Velkommen til BIO-seminar med Fergal O'Farrell, førsteamanuensis ved Institutt for biovitenskap:

As this is my first talk at Bio I will introduce myself and the model system for half the talk, then show some of it's uses for me in the past 10 years.

My hope for the talk to get raise people's awareness and interest in the model system and new facility we are building here in MOL faggruppe. Hopefully, its attractiveness as an in vivo model encourages people to see possible uses for it in their research.
