Halvard is currently writing about the EFTA States’ affiliation to the EU agencies in the field of financial services, challenges to the two-pillar structure of the EEA Agreement, the relationship between the EFTA Court, the CJEU and the Supreme Court of Norway and various aspects of the principle of State liability for breaches of EEA law.
