Abstract:
Ever wondered what the Nature journals look for publishing your work? In this seminar, Graham Simpkins – editor at Nature Climate Change – will explain all. He will discuss the differences between the various Nature Research journals, outline the criteria each of those apply when selecting papers to be sent to review, and provide an overview of the editorial process. Most importantly, there will be plenty of time for you to ask any questions you may have.
Short biography:
Graham Simpkins is an editor at Nature Climate Change. He cover the physical climate science manuscripts at Nature Climate Change, including atmospheric science, cryosphere, oceanography, and climate dynamics. His PhD, from UNSW, Australia, was on large-scale climate variability in the Southern Hemisphere, with a particular focus on tropical-extratropical interactions.
