(Deontic) Logic for (Epistemic) Rights

The research group for Logic and AI presents a seminar with Réka Markovich.

In this talk, Markovich will introduce the theory of normative positions based on the Hohfeldian theory of rights and her considerations regarding their representation with (multi-)modal logics. Then, she will show an analysis based on this approach of two epistemic rights: the freedom of thought and the right to know whether something is the case.
