How to vote
Elections to the Interim Board of the Faculty of Fine Art, Music and Design takes place between 8th of December 09:00 and the 16th of December, 12:00.
About the electionThe election takes place electronically. You may vote by logging on to the voting system here: https://valg.usit.no/uib/valg/login.do? Use your ordinary username and password. There are eight separate elections for the interim faculty board, but you are only allowed to vite in your own constituency. Election in the group technical/administrative staff, group C, are conducted in one constiuency comprised of UiB and KhiB. The same applies for group B, temporary academic staff in the research or teaching positions, including fellowships. For studens and permanent academic staff in teaching and research positions/employees on fixed term, the departments make up their own constituencies. Preference electionThe election is carried out as preference elections. This means the you have to rank the candidates according to your own preferance. You may rank one, several or all candidates, or cast your ballot on a pre-prioritised list, if such exists. The choice is yours.
