Like vilkår
Endorsments from the public officials can contribute to save state-controlled companies from bankruptcy, in situations where private companies would not survive.

On 30 November 2016, the ECJ gave delivered its judgment in Commision v. France and Orange, Case C-486/15. The Court found that endorsement from public officials did not constitute a breach of the state aid –rules in EU/EEA –law.
