Norwegian citizens’ perceptions of electrical vehicles

Ole Martin Lægreid will give a talk about The Norwegian Citizen Panel's findings at Bergen Energy Lab on Tuesday November 27th.

The Norwegian Citizen Panel has collected data on perceptions of electrical vehicles since 2016. This includes:

A) general preferences towards electrical vehicles;
B) preferences towards automobile fossil fuel phase-out from 2025;
C) perceived ease of charging/fueling car; 
D) open-ended associations with the term ‘electrical vehicles’.

Lægreid is a political scientist and senior researcher at the Norwegian Research Centre. He has a major in comparative politics from the University of Bergen (2012), and a PhD in Political Science from the University of Gothenburg (2017). His research interests include environmental and climate policy, resource economics, environmental psychology and social science methods

The meeting will be held in the Helland-Hansen meeting room at the Geophysical Institute, Allegaten 70, from 12:15 to 13:00 (we open the doors at 12:00). The meeting is free and open for all interested, so bring your lunch and join for an interesting presentation and discussion.
