The Research Group's contributions to the FIDE Congress 2020

On this page, you will find the Research Group's contributions to the FIDE Reports for the FIDE Congress 2020, which should have taken place the 21st to the 23rd of May 2020, in Haag, the Netherlands. Several of the Research Group and BECCLE's members contributed to the reports, both on Topic 1: "National Courts and the Enforcement of EU Law - the pivotal role of national courts in the EU legal order", and on Topic 3: "EU Competition Law and the Digital Economy - protecting free and fair competition in an age of technological (r)evolution").
