Applications should be sent from three semesters to one whole semester before the deadline of your master thesis. If you want questions fielded in the Norwegian Citizen Panel you should apply about a year before your thesis deadline.
The data are also available in English, so you are welcome to apply also if you do not speak Norwegian.
