"What are young people willing to sacrifice for the climate?"
On March 9th, a debate article on "Hva er de unge villige til å ofre for klimaet?" (English: "What are young people willing to sacrifice for the climate?"), written by Kjersti Fløttum, was published in the local newspaper Bergens Tidende.

Kjersti Fløttum, leader of the LINGCLIM research group, wrote a debate article on "Hva er de unge villige til å ofre for klimaet?" (English: "What are young people willing to sacrifice for the climate?"), which was published in Bergens Tidende on March 9th 2022. In the article, Fløttum refers to the results of a school survey conducted by the research group in 2021, in collaboration with teachers and students at local high schools in Bergen. The survey shows that young people in Bergen would like to live as climate-friendly as possible, but find it challenging to implement climate-friendly choices in their everyday lives, amongst other reasons because it is difficult to change habits that we connect to having a good life.
