Professor Halvard Haukeland Fredriksen is appointed leader of expert group revising the Norwegian public procurement rules
The government intends to revise the regulations for public procurement and has established an expert group for this purpose. Professor Halvard Haukeland Fredriksen will be the head of this expert group.

The goal of the revision is to strengthen climate and environmental considerations, counteract social dumping and labor crime, and simplify the regulations for public procurement. The work of the committee will result in a report (NOU) that will be delivered to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. The first delivery is scheduled for November 2023, while the second delivery is scheduled for May 2024. We congratulate and wish good luck with the work!
