What do we research in pure mathematics?

Our research activities can be naturally divided into three main areas, namely

• algebra/algebraic geometry
• mathematical analysis
• topology

Within these areas we offer masters and doctorate degree programs.

We conduct research in a broad spectrum of mathematical problems: classical problems, new problems that appear in the rapid development of mathematics itself, and problems related to other fields such as modern theoretical physics. We collaborate with a wide range of researchers at institutions and universities around the world.
