Hovedinnhold

Piero has a bachelor degree in Fisheries Engineering at the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM), Peru. Turning his professional orientation from engineering to biology, he is in the third semester of his masters in Fisheries Biology and Management. He is starting his lab work within the guppy project. He will investigate the relationship of different fishing regimes on fish growth through the study of their otoliths. His thesis is part a collaboration between EvoFish and Fisheries Ecology and Aquaculture groups, supervised by Beatriz Diaz Pauli and Mikko Heino from EvoFish and Arild Folkvord from FEA.
