Kort om ph.d-prosjektet

Mitt ph.d.-prosjekt er en del av ENLIGHT-prosjektet. ENLIGHT-prosjektet har som overordnet formål å undersøke hvilke lysmodaliteter som er mest optimale for å forbedre kognisjon, humør og helse hos personer med mild demens. Mitt fokusområde er de akutte effektene av dagtidslyseksponering på kognitiv prestasjon hos friske, unge voksne. Metode: laboratorieeksperimenter i en LED-basert lyslab
