Styringsprosesser på flere nivåer, over flere spørsmål og med deltakelse av flere aktorer; først og fremst i kunnskap domener (høyere utdanning og forskning).
Spesielt interessert i rollen til europeiske interessentorganisasjoner i interesseformidling og politikkoverføring på tvers av styringsnivåer, samt forholdet mellom politikkoordinering og politisk konvergens.
