Jeg har erfaring med kvalitativ forskning og systematiske litteraturoversikter. Aktuelt jobber jeg med NORHJELP-studien (Norsk Sorghjelp Studie), et 3-årig forskningsprosjekt som belyser den psykososiale oppfølgingen av etterlatte foreldre ved brå og uventet død. Målet med prosjektet er å belyse etterlatte foreldres hjelpebehov ved brå død, og i hvilken grad hjelpebehovet samsvarer med hjelpetilbudet de har fått i kommunen rett etter dødsfallet og over tid.

Min tidligere forskning innebærer undersøkelser av kreftpasienter sine erfaringer; kreftkoordinatorer; psykososial oppfølging av kreftpasienter og pårørende i kommunen; koordinering av helsetjenester; effekt av kreftrehabiliteringstilbud; og nasjonale helseindikatorer. Jeg er interessert i tverrfaglig og internasjonalt samarbeid, helsetjenesteforskning, global helse, psykososial omsorg, eldreomsorg. Jeg er også utdannet veileder, med stor interesse for ressursorienterte tilnærminger.
