Lunch Seminar, Supervision Forum for PhD supervisors 19.02.2021

The next edition of SV’s Supervisors’ Forum will take place on 19 February 12.00-13.30 (@ Zoom) and will focus on discussing the various roles a supervisor may have, from supporting the candidate in completing the dissertation to being a mentor concerning career development more broadly. We will also discuss the diversity of candidates’ expectations and needs when it comes to supervision and how to address that diversity.

Elisabeth Ivarsflaten (SAMPOL), Birgit Kopainsky (Geografi) and Per Lægreid (ADMORG) will kick of the discussion with reflections on their experiences as supervisors and we will then open the floor for questions and comments from the audience.

Martina Vukasovic (ADMORG) will act as moderator.

The Zoom link will be shared after lunch the 17 February to all registered supervisors.
