The conference closes at 17.30 on Wednesday, and those of you who have tickets for the closing performance of Bergen International Festival will be guided from the University Aula to Grieghallen by our conference assistants.

Please note that the performance starts at 18.00, so there will be no time to go back to your hotel between closing of the day and the performance.

If you for any reason do not wish to use your pre-ordered ticket, you will be asked to return it to one of our conference assistants in the University Aula.

Dress code: No official dress code, but we recommend Business/Dressy casual.

The performance Life is a dream lasts from 18.00 – 19.35 and is followed by a reception hosted by the Municipality of Bergen, in the Grieghallen foyer.

Please note that the ship departs at 17.30 and you need to be there well in time for registration. There will be no time to go back to your hotel between closing of the day and the Fjord Cruise.

The Fjord Cruise lasts until 22.00 and includes a light seafood meal. There will be an alternative option for those of you who have pre-registered specific dietary needs.

Dress code: Casual. No high heels allowed, for security reasons. You might also need a jacket, in case of windy weather.

Conference closure – guided walks

When the conference and the eucen General Assembly are closed on Friday afternoon, we offer two different guides tours, for those who have prebooked. Both tours will start 14.30 from outside the University Aula and last appr. 2 hours.

Please bring comfortable shoes for these tours, like trainers or similar.

The walk on Mount Fløien includes a ride one-way up with the Fløien Funicular. Tickets for the funicular are included and will be organized by your guide. You will walk back to the city centre. It is possible to buy a return ticket, if you would like to spend more time on Mount Fløien on your own instead of joining the rest of the group on the walk back to the city centre.
