Tighter economic conditions have placed increasing pressure on Norwegian higher education, with more work falling to fewer hands. No Staff Mobility Week in 2025 offered a welcome pause—a chance to recharge, reflect, and reconnect. In 2026, we return reinvigorated and ready to move forward with renewed strength and purpose.
