Quantitative Proteome Profiling
Disease states can influence the protein expression. By quantitative proteomics methods we can identify and quantify these changes. A typical example is the comparison of proteins in plasma between a control group and a patient group to find specific disease marker candidates.

- For larger projects, collaborations and training of collaborators will be considered.
