Explore PRY, a novella for the iPad that tells the story of a soldier returned from war through video, text and interaction. Read "House of Trust", a generative poem about libraries inspired by a Fluxus artwork. Play a game of chess to create a poem in The Chessbard Plays, or move an iPad to create always-new poems from Einstein and Bohr's writings about quantam mechanics. Read erotic fiction designed for the intimacy of the touchscreen, or read the cinepoetic story of Li and Pym, who expose a corrupt augmented reality game for what it is.
The End(s) of Electronic Literature Festival exhibition includes works by some of most reknowned authors of electronic literature internationally. See new works by pioneers such as Stuart Moulthrop, Stephanie Strickland and Megan Heyward, who in the late 1980s and 1990s created some of the first works of literature that combined words with images, video and interaction, and who are still among the most innovative authors in electronic literature. Be one of the first to read new work by playful game-poet Jason Nelson, author of i made this. you play it. we are enemies, or by Swedish Johannes Heldén and Håkan Jonson, among the foremost in Scandinavian electronic literature, and known for works like Evolution and The Prime Directive / Primärdirektivet.
In addition to the festival works, the library will display the “Emergence of Electronic Literature” exhibit featuring early works of electronic literature, antecedent works of print literature, posters and other ephemera from the history of the field, and a preview of the works included in the Electronic Literature Collection, Volume 3.

This exhibition is held in connection with ELO 2015: The End(s) of Electronic Literature, the Electronic Literature Organization's annual, international conference, which in 2015 is hosted at the University of Bergen by the Bergen Electronic Literature Research Group. ELO 2015 is a combination of a conventional academic conference and a literary festival with exhibitions, readings and performances that are open for all.
