Studien er en randomisert kontrollert behandlingsstudie som sammenlikner effekten av å kombinere kognitiv atferdsterapi med fysisk trening sammenliknet med støttet oppfølging for eldre med generalisert angstlidelse (GAD). Studien vil også undersøke kliniske, biologiske og kognitive karakteristika ved GAD hos eldre, samt effekten av disse faktorerene på effekten av behandling.
