Pågående prosjekter:

  • ALICE eksperimentet på CERN. Utvikler utlesningselektronikk for Inner Tracker System (ITS) sub-detektor
  • Proton CT Et UiB drevet prosjekt som skal lage en CT maskin vha MAPS ICer (ALPIDE) som tar bilder med protoner i stedet for fotoner.
  • Deltar hvert år i "ka vil du bli" - et opplegg for ungdomskoleelever i Bergen, der de får besøke arbeidsplasser og se på forskjellige yrker. Institutt for Fysikk og Teknologi er med på dette, og vi gir elevene anledning til å måle litt på radioaktiv stråling og gjennom det fortelle litt om hverdagen som fysiker.
