2022 Hormone research

The Hormone Laboratory research group has a primary focus on obesity, diabetes and breast cancer. We are particularly interested in identifying biomarkers that can predict disease development and responsiveness to therapy.

Professor Gunnar Mellgren is head of the research group, and Professor Jørn V. Sagen, Dr. Simon Dankel and Dr. Johan Fernø are also principal investigators.
