Hovedinnhold

The sea slug fauna (nudibranchs and allies) of Norway is not well known and there are only few recent publications about this extremelly beautifull and diverse group of gastropods in the country. Moreover, preliminary DNA work is pointing to the possible existence of cryptic speciation among some Norwegian species. This project aims to study the diversity and revise the taxonomy of sea slugs in Norway and Scandinavian peninsula using morphology, anatomy, scanning electron microscopy and molecular phylogenetics (DNA).
