Why Human Rights Fail to Protect Undocumented Migrants

The lecture is given by Gregor Noll and is based on his paper published in European Journal of Migration and Law 12 (2010) pp. 241–272. Gregor Noll is professor at Lund University, Sweden, and he is a leading capacity in the field of international refugee and migration law. The lecture is a joint venture between faculty of law and the "PROVIR"-project (Provision of welfare to irregular migrants) funded by the Norwegian Research Council.
