Books are sent by surface mail together with an invoice. You may pay by international money order, or directly into our bank account.

Volumes 1, 2, and 4 cost NOK 100,- + postage. Volumes 5 and following cost NOK 150,- + postage. Volume 3 is available free of charge (postage only).
