Hovedinnhold

The Northern Lights Deep Learning Workshop (NLDL) is an annual workshop that gathers researchers both on a national and international level to exchange ideas, encourage collaborations, and present cutting-edge research. The workshop is organised by the UiT Machine Learning group, UiT The Arctic University of Norway, and the Norwegian Computing Center. This year the event will be held virtually and the registration is free of charge (see registration link below).

On Jan 18th, there will be a Mini Deep Learning School. UiB students in the machine learning group will give two talks on Jan 20th. We warmly invite you to attend the presentation of the master students Halvor Helland Barndon and Hans Martin Theigler Johansen, entitled "Extracting Probabilistic Deterministic Finite Automata from a RNN trained on locally sourced traffic-data", and the presentation of the master student Lisa Johanna Weber Jøsang and the Ph.D. student Cosimo Damiano Persia, entitled "Extracting Horn Theories with Queries and Counterexamples" (see program below).
