Call for posters 2021 SDG Conference

For the fourth year, the University of Bergen hosts the SDG Conference Bergen from 10-12 February 2021 and the title of this year’s conference is “The SDGs after the crisis”.

This year’s fully digital conference provides us with new opportunities to present emerging and important research by motivated PhD candidates and postdoctoral fellows addressing the conference themes. We now invite all those interested – from any disciplinary or cross-disciplinary field – to present digital posters on your research and how it relates to the broad theme of this year’s conference. We hope that you will be interested in having your research and perspectives digitally available at the conference. If you are not a PhD candidate or postdoctoral researcher, please spread this information to relevant parties in your network.

Practically, this is organized as follows:

1. Each PhD candidate or postdoctoral fellow may submit a (maximum) two-minute videorecorded poster (in English) by 7 February 2021.
2. The videorecorded poster could be you presenting orally into the camera your research, showing a presentation or other form of digital content using a combination of presentation techniques. This videorecorded poster should be of fairly high digital quality but may very well be recorded with your smart phone, for instance.
3. For tips on how to record your poster, please watch this 90 second video for more tips and advice.
4. The videorecorded poster is to be uploaded to vimeo.com

5. Please name your video with your full name and the title of the poster. Please, also, send a notification e-mail to marianne.boge@apriil.no once you have uploaded your video.
6. By 9 February 2021 you will receive notification about whether your poster is accepted.
