12th European Congress on Tropical Medicine and International Health
The aim of ECTMIH is to provide an arena for scientists, experts, policy makers and practitioners to share research, ideas, developments and breakthroughs in the field of global health.

The Pandemic Centre supports and participates in this event, which is organized by the Centre for International Health (CIH) at the University of Bergen (UiB) and FESTMIH, The federation of European societies for tropical medicine and international health.
The main objective of ECTMIH 2021 is to explore global challenges in health, migration and equity. Through plenaries, scientific sessions, workshops, and symposium this year’s conference will focus on various topics.
We will also have a special day on the topic of corona; discussing the virus, the disease, experiences in laboratories, hospitals, vaccines and treatments, preventive measures, societal and economy impact – among other things.
We invite you to present the newest research on the Coronavirus pandemic. This includes presentations and discussion on SARS-CoV-2, Covid-19, vaccines, treatment, diagnosis, prevention and control strategies, public health and social and economic impacts.
