MIC's course in small animal MRI 2026

The aim of the course is to give the participants knowledge on the principles, the theory and practical use of MRI. The theoretical part of the course will cover multimodal imaging and the theoretical aspects of MRI. The participants will get hands-on training on the instrument in the practical part and learn about basic image analysis of MR images. After the course, the participants should be able to understand how to plan and perform MRI experiments on small animals.

Credits: Students may obtain 1 credit point, applied for individually after the course. This requires studying the provided course material.
