Deepak Thapa, Director of Social Science Baha, will help answer this question, as well as to analyse the new government’s performance in its first 60 days. He will also explore the key political developments – including shifting alliances and emerging leadership challenges.

Beyond politics, we will also address pressing structural issues facing the country: rising youth unemployment, continued large-scale migration for work and education, and the situation of approximately 1.7 million Nepali migrant workers in the Gulf region – particularly in light of how the Iran war is affecting their safety and livelihoods.
