The prices of our services depend on sample type(DNA/RNA/Epigenetic modifications), organism, sequencing technology, sequencing depth and include actual cost of reagents and work hours, in a non-profit manner.  The various options will be discussed during our design meetings.

NGS support from Trond Mohn foundations

The sequencing service at UiB Genomic Core Facility (GCF) is supported* by the Trond Mohn foundation.

*In general NGS projects anchored at UiB and/or Haukeland University hospital gets supported. Please contact GCF to know if this support applies for your project.
