Learning Economics with Dynamic Modelling
Professor David Wheat and his co-coordinator in Ukraine have received seven grants administered by the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU) to support a project for “Learning Economics with Dynamic Modeling.” The grants are funded by SIU’s Eurasia Program and the ErasmusPlus Program.

The goal of the project is to develop system dynamics modeling capacity at the National University of Kiev-Mohyla Academy and the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in Ukraine. Over a seven-year period, the project will bring about 80 students, 10 professors, and 3 secondary school teachers to UiB to study economic applications of system dynamics.
