Dr. Ekaterine Jaiani; The Eliava institute: Experience in bacteriophage research and phage therapy

The George Eliava Institute of Bacteriophage, Microbiology and Virology in Tbilisi Yerevan has been active since the 1930s in the field of phage therapy, which is used to combat microbial infection. Dr. Jaiani will present an update of the status of phage therapy used for treatment of human and animal infections.
