Hovedinnhold

The International Conference on Learning Analytics & Knowledge (LAK) is the premier research forum in the field of learning analytics, providing common ground for all stakeholders in the design of analytics systems to debate the state of the art at the intersection of Learning and Analytics — including researchers, educators, instructional designers, data scientists, software developers, institutional leaders and governmental policy makers.

The 16th annual conference, LAK26, is organised by SLATE, UiB, in collaboration with the Society for Learning Analytics Research (SoLAR). SoLAR is an inter-disciplinary network of leading international researchers who are exploring the role and impact of the use of data and analytics on teaching, learning, training and development.

The conference runs from 27 April - 1 May 2026, with 2 days of workshops, tutorials and a doctoral consortium, and 3 days of the main conference.

Professor Barbara Wasson, Director of SLATE & AI LEARN, is the main conference chair. Associate Professor at SLATE, Mohammad Khalil, is a member of the organising committee and head of the program committee.
