During my talk I want to give an overview about Cell Press and its portfolio of journals. I will introduce Cell Press Multi-Journal Submission and my journal Structure. I will discuss what happens after the authors submit their manuscripts, provide insights into the peer-review process and how decisions are made. This presentation is also meant to be a career talk, where I will describe the work of professional editors and our various tasks.
