Our Leica TCS SP8 STED 3x and Andor Dragonfly provides our users with methods like multi-channel 4D acquisition, fast timelapse, spectral detection, FRET, FRAP and more.

Super-resolution imaging can be performed at two of the confocals:

Leica TCS SP8 STED 3: True diffraction unlimited super-resolution technology Stimulation Emission Depletion (STED) is defined into the category of nanoscopy. This enable us to visualize and resolve objects down to 50 nm, opposed to the limit of 200 nm in regular confocal microscopy.

Andor Dragonfly: SRRF-stream, a algorithm based super-resolution, which can be done real time, and can achieve resolutions around 75 nm. It is also dSTORM ready, but reconstruction is not included in the software.
