Need housing for July 2024 to June 2025

I am coming to Norway to teach at the University of Bergen July 2024-June 2025 and am looking for a furnished, one-bedroom apartment not too far from the university. 
I am a Fulbright scholar from the United States; I am older, considerate, quiet and clean. I own my home, so I understand how important it is to take good care of the property.
If you're hoping to return to the apartment, I am happy to take care of house plants or other small living things.
