Open-concept kitchen and livingroom, bathroom with washer/dryer, storage space, and separate large bedroom. Perfect for those who need to do some work comfortably from home. Bedroom includes large wardrobes, desk & chair, double bed (180cm wide). Living room has a dining table and 4 chairs, a sleeping couch (can sleep two people), TV (with chromecast), and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom includes a washer/dryer combo. We have all the amenities in terms of kitchenwear, duvets, sheets and towels to use. It is on street level in a very quiet neighborhood, has its own entrance and it's approved for rental. The apartment has been renovated in recent years and is used for a few months a year by our family. Minimum rental length: 1 month. No smoking and no pets allowed.

The location: very well connected area with public transportation 5min walk from the apartment (Råstølen stop), with both bus and lightrail (Bybanen) options (in the city center in 25min). Grocery store 5min walking, plus some dining options. 20min walk or one lightrail stop away from Lagunen (very large shopping mall). Close to the water, and 5min walking distance from the nearest park. Great cycling paths all the way to the city. Quiet area, no through traffic on the street with a playground for small kids. 

Rent: 11,500 NOK per month (all costs included). This includes: water, electricity, high-speed internet (fiber), parking spot (street parking and one garage spot). One month deposit required.
