Additionally, the seminar considers circumstances under which AI-generated content itself might infringe existing copyrights, typically works the AI has trained on.
Bernt Hugenholtz is one of the foremost authorities on European copyright law. He is Emeritus Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Amsterdam and Emeritus Professor II at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen.
