HySchool ‒ “Norwegian Research School on Hydrogen and Hydrogen-based Fuels” – is a joint initiative from seven Norwegian universities: 

University of Bergen (UiB)
• University of Oslo (UiO)
University of Stavanger (UiS)
• University of Tromsø (UiT)
University of South-East Norway (USN)
Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU)
• Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)

in cooperation with national and international partners and participants from academia, research institutes and industry. Our associated industrial partners include:

• Equinor
• Institute for Energy Technology (IFE)
• Gexcon Certification

The research school aims to enhance the quality and increase the relevance of the Norwegian doctoral education on hydrogen and hydrogen-based fuels in the labour market. HySchool was established in 2022 for an eight-year period and is funded by the Norwegian Research Council and industrial partners.
