Big loft in shared apartment (Damsgård) from January to April 2026

I am renting out my big furnished bedroom/loft in our cozy apartment over two floors, totaling 110 m² at Øvre Stadionveien 108, Damsgård, from January until April (flexible dates).

THE ROOM:
Large attic living room of about 32 m² on the 3rd floor. (5000,-/month). The room  has a 180-centimeter-wide bed that is very comfortable, slightly on the softer side. The room also has a desk and a big closet as well as a 65' TV and L-shaped couch.storage for clothes etc.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is over two floors and contains a total of 4 bedrooms (2 on each floor). Large living room and kitchen. Fireplace, balcony. Everything is furnished (sofa, coffee table, dining table, TV and wood stove.)

Also includes:
TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, dryer, basement storage.
There is a parking space belonging to the apartment.

THE NEARBY AREA
Very quiet dead end, no through traffic. Many families with children. Grocery store 5 min walk away. 2 fitness centers nearby. Bergen's largest artificial turf field and multi-purpose hall 10 min walk away (Melkeplassen). Laksevåg shopping center nearby. Great hiking terrain (Damsgårdsfjellet, Løvstakken). Marina and beautiful park area nearby. 8-10 minutes from the city center by bike. 20 minute walk. Very good bus connection!
