I study the cell biology, behavior and physiology of ctenophores. Along the way I have explored many aspects of the animal, from its feeding behavior, to its electrophysiology and cellular organization. Along the way, the ctenophore has held many surprises and continues to teach us to not jump to conclusions. My talk will sample multiple aspect of ctenophore life and and the stories they have to tell.
