Detached house Bergen; Kronstad, for rent, three bedrooms

We are letting our part of a semi-detached house in the Kronstad district in Bergen, for a one year, starting May the1st., 2026. The date for letting can be flexible.

The house, built in 1917, is 127 m² and contains:

• Ground floor: A small and a slightly larger hallway, living room, a large kitchen, and a toilet.

• 1st floor: Three bedrooms, bathroom with toilet,(+ three small storage closets).

• Basement: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a small, but cozy garden around the house, and it is also possible to park a car on the property. The house is located in a pleasant, safe, and quiet area with school/ kindergardens nearby, and and a short distance to everything.

In the kitchen there is an Esse wood-burning stove, and an older wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Otherwise, there are electric panel heaters. The kitchen and bathroom were totally renovated in 2023/2024, but we have kept a lot of the original features. The floors have original and newly laid herringbone parquet in almost the entire ground floor, while there are original and sanded floors in most rooms in the first floor. In the outer hallway and in the upstairs bathroom, underfloor heating has been installed in the tiled floors.

It is about a 10-minutes walk to Haukeland hospital or to the nearest Bybanen (Light Rail) stop. The walk down to center of Bergen and the University of Bergen will take you about 20 minutes.
