Hovedinnhold

Presentasjonen har tittelen Comparing Regulation with the Legal Culture Model

Abstract:

"The Legal Culture Model (LCM) is a useful lens through which to compare law in different markets; it addresses the importance of activities, ideas, and their interplay. This interplay also matters in the realm of regulation - even though regulators are not the typical sort of legal professionals on which the LCM literature focuses. Nicholas will propose how LCM may be tailored to compare regulation in different countries. His views are informed by his previous academic experience in comparative political economy."
