Room available in bright spacious apartment with sea view.

I will be renting out a room in my two bedroom apartment in the centre of Bergen from the end of February.
The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from Bryggen and is in a quite neighbourhood of Eidemarken close to the route up to Fløyen.

The apartment is 72m2 and spans two floors.
The living room spans the entire top floor with panoramic views of the harbour, city centre, and mountains, and is cosy with a fireplace.
The kitchen is spacious with plenty of space to cook, a table and 4 chairs, and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, a washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The room (approx. 8m2) has a 120cm double bed and lots of storage with a large wardrobe.
It is available to rent from the 27th February for 9000 NOK per month, but the move-in date can be flexible and I am open to discussing short or long term options.

I work as a postdoc at UiB and would like to rent the room to someone who is relaxed and friendly.
