Geophysics group involved in SFI DigiWells

This center for research based innovation involves a range of academic and industrial partners and targets the development of work processes for planning drilling and well operations. Within this interdisciplinary environment, the geophysics group focusses on the development of methods and codes for real-time modelling of electromagnetic induction logging data while drilling. The use of rock physics models and the integration of different types of geophysical data is important for this activity.
