- Contact the editors of the Employee Pages for a posting about your event
- Enter it into the calendar on the Employee Pages via the local web editor
- Notify the online magazine På høyden (in Norwegian only) via tips@pahoyden.no
- Consider using the local info-screens or putting up posters
- Could you let people know at meetings? Open meetings, departmental meetings, section meetings, etc.
- Invitation via email to managers and/or people you want to invite directly
- Consider sending invitations via the pigeon-holes
