The CABUTE project enables teacher educators in Uganda to take a Master's or PhD degree. This is implemented through a grant scheme financed by NORAD (The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation). Twelve candidates have been awarded scholarships in the project, and there will be a new round of eight Master's scholarships announced in 2023.
